Instagram is essentially Jennifer Abessira‘s studio, through which she found a way to catalog the thousands of images she produced using hashtags she invented. #TelAvivBelongsToUs is a hashtag she invented as a tribute to the film “Paris Belongs To Us,” and it serves her in a series of works around the city of Tel Aviv. In this series, Abessira documents buildings and urban spaces and intervenes in their images. in this case, she colors the sky above the Hilton Hotel pink.
